: What if items are damaged when they arrive? A: Since we insure items when we ship, full amount or less will be refund according to the damage level. Please keep all of the packaging and manuals along with the items and contact us within 7 days after receiving.

: Do you provide any tracking system for packages? A: Yes. You can trace packages on EMS website.

: Will import tax be charged at customs? If so, how much is it? A: There is no tax due in Japan, but you may be required to pay tax at customs in your country. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

: Can you undervalue the declared amount for the customs? A: No. We will state the correct amount on invoice.

: Can you ship instruments that be used Brazilian Rosewood to overseas? A: No. We are not able to ship overseas due to CITES regulation.
